Purpose
The purpose of the ACC is to enforce the guidelines that have been established for COPOA 1,2,3 to maintain the character, value and safety of our community. Established guidelines and an application can be found in the "copoa-_acc" and "canyon oaks_123_restrictions" downloads. Before any construction begins on proposed exterior improvements to any tract, including original construction or modification of existing improvements, an application must be submitted to the ACC. Construction may not start before the ACC approves the application.
All permit fees or fines are used to provide funding for our road system maintenance. These roads are owned and maintained by COPOA 123. |
