Park Information
COPOA has two park facilities. The RV and camping park is at the main entrance by the Concan Fire department on Mariposa. This facility has a bath house, and water and electrical hookups for RVs. There is no waste dump facility.
The river park is on the Frio River off of county road 392, east of Hippie Chicks. The park offers river access, picnic tables and barbeque pits. An electronic gate access card is required for each vehicle to get in and out of the river park (1 card per vehicle). The parks are for property owners and their guests only. The property owner will be solely responsible for damage or infractions. Please keep the parks clean by removing any trash and cleaning the grills after use. Deposits for the RV park will not be returned if facilities are not left as you found it. |

RV and Camping
RV space rental is $30 per day and tent spaces are $15 per day.

River Park
To access the river park, you must use your access card that is available for all property owners. If you need a card or replacement, please contact : pres@copoa123.com or a board member. See the "about" page for current information.
There is a gate and walkway for the Avant owners and their guests. |
